Had an interesting evening in Winchester tonight. Hyde have a series of talks called The Art of Conversation. A brilliant idea!

Tonight was poet and painter Peter Dixon talking about his life, his work and his fear for the route that education is taking. Interviewer Jenny Cuffe had to just ask one question and he was off. Such enthusiasm.

A brilliantly entertaining evening. Do you think they'll be evenings of culture like this in London?
