Emptying the Old Desk

This lovely old desk should have been used for all the family paperwork. However, it sits in our entrance hall and is full of dog leads, pooh bags, hats, scarves and gloves.
It's going to a new home with my brother, so Operation Empty the Old Desk.

Just how many hats does one family need?
As for the scarves, well most of mine are fashion items rather than just to keep the cold at bay, but even so...
Among the gloves we find various singletons, some with holes and even a pair of black rubber gloves! (Used for making snowmen apparently!)

At least there's a bag full of extras to go to charity.
